- Before leaving the airport, report to the Lost & Found office to have a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) created.
- This report serves as an official record of the damage and is necessary for further processing.
- After obtaining the report, submit your claim via the online application form on Flybot.
- Once submitted, Pegasus will review your claim and respond as soon as possible.
- You can track your damaged baggage claim status online via Flybot.

Pegasus does not charge a fee for valid requests, but may request compensation if processing incurs excessive cost.
