• Only Pegasus BolBol members can avail of this offer. BolPoints can only be earned for chauffeur services booked with Zuppin under the name of the BolBol member and using their membership (mobile phone) number.
• Only Pegasus BolBol members who book a chauffeur service via the Zuppin app are eligible to avail of this offer.
• To be eligible for the offer, the chauffeur service must be booked via the Zuppin mobile app and the mobile phone number registered to the BolBol membership account must be entered before completing the booking. BolPoints will be added to the Pegasus account associated with the same mobile number.
• As part of the offer, BolBol members earn 1 BolPoint per 1 TL spent on the Zuppin mobile app.
• BolPoints earned will be credited to your Pegasus BolBol account 15 working days after the date of payment for your chauffeur service booking with Zuppin. You can contact our call centre on 0850 2222 000 if your BolPoints are not credited to your account at the end of this period.
• The BolPoints earned can be used to book any Pegasus flights and additional service purchases from the moment they are added to the member's BolBol account.
• The offer is only valid for chauffeur service bookings made in Türkiye via the Zuppin app.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offers.
• Pegasus and Zuppin reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to change the terms and conditions of this offer at any time during the offer period.
• Pegasus bears no responsibility for any dispute that may arise between Zuppin and the customer regarding Zuppin’s hire service. Pegasus cannot be subject to any requests in this regard. By participating in this offer, you hereby accept and declare that any claim that may arise from the chauffeur service provided by Zuppin relating to its service and transactions cannot be taken up with Pegasus and Pegasus bears no responsibility in this regard.

When can I use my BolPoints?

• BolPoints earned within the scope of the offer will be credited to your Pegasus BolBol account 15 working days after the date of payment for your chauffeur service booking with Zuppin.
• Once the BolPoints are added to your Pegasus BolBol account, you can use them whenever you wish, as long as the BolPoints remain valid.

How do I spend my BolPoints?

• In the same way as with the other BolPoints you collect in your account, you can spend your earned BolPoints to book flights or purchase additional services from Pegasus.
