For flights taking place after 1 March, we are making some changes that will affect check-in and cabin baggage.
You must complete all check-in and baggage drop-off procedures at the airport desks at least 45 minutes before the flight time on domestic journeys and at least 60 minutes before the flight time on international journeys.To ensure that you have enough time to complete all your check-in procedures in time, we recommend that you arrive at the airport 2 hours before your flight time on domestic flights and 3 hours before your flight time on international flights. 

The table shows check-in periods for all check-in channels.

Boarding will now close 20 minutes before the flight departure time for all domestic and international flights  . 

About Cabin Baggage Quantity and Dimensions

Requirements for personal items you can carry with you are specified below.  

Permitted luggage you can carry with you inside the aircraft is one piece of hand baggage with a maximum weight of 8 kg, maximum dimensions of 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm, together with one other small bag (ladies handbag or laptop bag). If you have more than 2 pieces of hand baggage, it will be taken from you at the boarding gate or inside the cabin and placed into the aircraft cargo hold.

If you are travelling with Business Flex, your hand baggage allowance is 12 kg and 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm.

From 1 March onwards, please take care to complete your check-in and boarding procedures within the times stated above and make sure that your hand baggage does not exceed the specified weight and dimensions.
