From 8 March 2021, passengers travelling abroad from the UK will only be allowed if they have a legally permitted reason. Passengers who will travel are required to fill out the travel form and declare their legally permitted reasons before the flight.

Passengers should print a copy of the completed form or save it to a mobile phone or other device.
