However, in cases where the Schengen visa will be used for the first time, the Bulgarian trip must be made from the country where the Schengen visa is obtained. It means a bag that will fit under the seat in front of the guests! With the Light Package option, guests are allowed a single piece of underseat bag, whether it’s a handbag, laptop case or a small backpack, as long as it’s doesn’t exceed the maximum size of 40x30x15 cm and weighs up to 3kg.

The new Light Package option, our lowest fare category, is available as of 14 February and offers travel without cabin baggage or check-in baggage. Guests who book the Light Package are allowed to bring one underseat bag that fits under the seat, with a maximum size of 40x30x15 cm and weighing up to 3kg. Our other newly updated flight packages are Saver, Saver Plus and Comfort Flex. Guests who book one of these options are allowed on board to bring 1 underseat bag and 1 piece of cabin baggage, as well as 1 piece of check-in baggage.

 

Can I add extra baggage allowance to the Light Package?

I arrived at the boarding gate with my cabin baggage, but the flight package I booked does not include cabin baggage allowance.  Or – my bag exceeds the size and/or weight limit included in my package. What do I do now?

If you bring additional items or items over the size and/or weight limit onto the aircraft, extra charges will apply when boarding for each additional piece.
