You need to complete the necessary documents before visiting these agencies.  Certain forms/letters might be filled at these agencies or consulates. At this point, the officials provide the necessary information to applicants. There are also private intermediary visa agencies for those who want to spend more time on the details. Such intermediary agencies carry out all visa procedures for a fee.

Although some of the documents requested to obtain a visa vary by countries, the following documents are similar for each country:
